Hi everybody,
I need your help guys.
I've sent a Debt validation letter to Anderson Crenshaw & Associates (certified mail with a returned receipt). However it got returned back-wrong address! Does anybody have a good address for this company? The one I used is:
6116 N Central Expressway Suite 1090
Dallas, TX 75206
I got this address from my credit report.
Thank you guys Smile

I googled it and this is what I found, dont have a clue if it will work for you or not. Best bet is to call and ask to be sure.

www.ripoffreport.com is a very good site to get a heads up on things. Here are two other links that might be a good thing too read.

We agreed to make payments on account, but I do not have the account number or any other information from you or about this bill. I do have a confirmation number from our last trasnaction, maybe you can track my account with that? You were to send me a contract and a zero balance/paid in full message, but I have not received anything from you. Confirmation number: 51140

Please c0ontact me to discuss, I need to get some type of documentation that my money went towards the correct account. Call 608-847-7330 and ask for Deb

Hi Derreck,

I think you have posted in the wrong place. This is a thread of creditmagic forum discussing on Anderson-Crenshaw. You can get in touch with them at this number Tel: 214-368-2980 .

Hope we could help you. Keep us updated Smile

I am dealing with Anderson, Crenshaw and Associates now, they are not very nice people and they lie also. I have been trying to get a letter from them for days now. I had to say I was going to let my attorney handle it in order to get something. There has got to be something that can be done about this company.

Report them to the FTC. Unless a mass action is taken, these people cannot be punished.

The toll free telephone number is 866-400-3550. Everyone should call and let them get charged for the call. They start out talking nice but once you start inquiring about the so-called amount they are talking about, the become rude and start threatening you with credit reporting.

Laura is correct in telling you to report them to the FTC. If enough people do this amybe they will be corrected on the matter. Hopefully they will even close up shop but I doubt it. If these guys are as ruthless as I have heard maybe anyone who is protected by the SOL's should not have any further conversations with them.

These people are nice and just trying to do a job. its the ones who dont want to pay and give them a hard time that have a problem with them.

I am also at one with laura and Diahann. If they misbeheave, you may report them to FTC and at the same time call them at their toll free number which will shell some money out of their pocket.

I too agree with george. You can get the FTC complaint form from this link: https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup
