Regardless to what some people claim they can do the only way to assure that negative items are removed from your credit is through time and patience. There are a lot of credit repair scams going around. Just remember the old saying, "if it sounds too good to be true it probably is too good to be true." And always remember to check a companies credability before giving them any money. Good luck!

First of all welcome to the forum. Removal or repair of credit is a time consuming process. You will take time to accomplish this. But be sure you check a company on BBB or just do more research before you hire a company to do it for you.

I suppose it depends on the person's situation. Do you think your credit would be 'better' if you 'fixed it' your self, OR, doyou fell COMFORTABLE using a credit repair service? Just do your research on companies.

Watch out for some of these repair companies. Some work with the creditor themselves. Don't be sold to the wolves.
