I am in Oklahoma. I have 4 payday loans that I can not pay back. Cash Now, Check N Go, East side Lenders which the account is now handled by Alliance, and One Click Cash. What can they do? I know I can't afford to pay the amounts they are offering over a 3 month period. Any ideas?

Cash Now, East side lenders and One Click Cash are illegal lenders. Check N Go is the only licensed lender. You owe only the principal balance to your illegal lenders. No interest, no fees. In this case it would be better for you to close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. As far as the legal loan is concerned, you owe both the principal and interest. In this case you may try to negotiate with your licensed lender and set up a payment arrangement with them. Keep in mind illegal lenders can’t do anything but legal lender can sue you because of nonpayment of debt.
