This magic link has great detail. apparently it is from BofA. Send a DV letter and complain to the OCC.

Hi Jorgeyee,

Welcome to this community Smile

FIA CSNA is the card services of Bank of America and National Association together. So, you can try to remember whether or not you really had an account with these companies. However, you can send a debt validation letter (DV) to the company. With a DV, you come to know if you really owe the debt, to whom and the due amount.

You can also dispute this item with the credit bureaus.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Aaron
