I sent a payment to CCS at po box 52677, phoenix, az 85072. I was given this address by them. Now they say it is not theirs. I make the payments on time and still get hasseled by this company. ANYONE ELSE HAVING PROBLEMS

If you have their number, you can call them up and ask for the actual address. Now if you have made a check payment, and they have debited your bank account, you can be sure that your payment to CCS has been made. If you don't have their number, you can call them up at 8772890281 and verify the address with them. Yes, I agree with Justin on this point. If your bank account is debited by CCS, it automatically mean that you have already made the payment. Now in case they harass you with the payment again, or report it as debt to the credit bureaus, you can send a copy of the bank statement to the bureaus as a proof that you have made the payment and the credit bureaus will get it removed from your credit report. However, if they have not debited your bank account, it may be that their address has changed and your check has not reached them. In that case you may call CCS and get their correct address.
