Back in Oct of 2008 we filed chapter 13 bankruptcy. We completed chapter 13 in 2011.
Recently I took a look at our credit record (late, I know) and discovered that one of the creditors included in the bankruptcy continued to report us as late until Jan of 2009 then listed it as charged off until 12/09.
I've already disputed this, but the credit bureau apparently views it as justified. Am I missing something?

I think you should check your credit report properly. If required contact with the creditor and ask them regarding this debt.
Errmmm . . . While I was certainly late in checking my credit record, I did check it and this is the only discrepancy (At least I think it's a discrepancy).
Since I've filed chapter 13 and the debt has been discharged, something tells me the creditor isn't going to be interested in hearing from me, and I seriously doubt they're going to be interested in fixing their mistake--if indeed it is.
