| But that much interest? That is the reason so many people get stuck in debt is because of places like this. Boy I am sooooooooo glad to hear PA is doing something about this. |

Me too, I just sent the department of banking and email inquirying on how they will know what consumers used the service. Will they supeona the records, I have no paperwork at all from the loans that I took out from them. I am hoping that they will be able to get the records from the company when they seek restitution. I am sure that this company will have them hopefully. _________________ Goodnatured,

I bet they probaly will. Did you ever recieve anything in the mail about a class action suit in the past? I know I have. One was for Heliq-Meyers, a furniture company. Seems they over charged and I never knew. Well apparently someone did cause they filed a suit and since I was a customer I got notified and sent a paper to sign if I wanted to participate. I usually never did becasue the atty and person who originally sued got the bulk of the money and everyone else would get like $8. I have had a lot of these over the years.
I do not think you will have to worry about paperwork and you should def. see more than $8 since they are being sued ny an agency. |

Obviously,..there are a few people that want to 'spam' this forum. That's really not a good thing to do.
However,..since the subject, on this post, is 'helping with Credit Repair', I will give my own personal experience in what I have been doing. My credit was horrible for such a long time!! Instead of applying for every piece of credit I could (which brings down your score everytime you do that..), I just continued to pay on what I had. The MORE you pay on your debts, the LESS in debt you become. It sounds simple,yes..but..alot of people don't realize it's that simple. I have to admit that I sure didn't for a long time!! If you have debts, on your CR's, and they have been there longer than 7-10 years (depending on what they are) you can 'dispute' the CB's and have them removed. I've done that, too and it does work. This is just alittle advice for ya'll!! |
