This would be a great place for someone who has all that knowledge to build a good reference data base. I mean if someone truely helped me out here as an expert in the field, I would have not problem giving them a good testimonial later as a professional reference or related type reference. I find that some of them come here just to drag someone off to another site to make a dime off them. So, how about a good ole sample of what you can do? Take the time to help someone out with an issue here, like deleting old debt, dealing with a difficult collector, etc, etc, the list goes on and on. Show us your stuff as freebie and then maybe we would recommend you as a professional. Like they say, nothing is for free, not even a good client base, pay the piper. Cause here we already have been taken for a ride in one form or another and we are not going to be victims on the site that we came to for help. So, show us your stuff and we will go from there.

guess we will have to wait and see if the original poster is up to the challenge huh? It would be great if they would actually help someone instead of trying to solicit business.

Good point, GOODNATURED. Maks sense to me. It seems, however..all of those who want to 'help' people, with there bad credit, want oney in return. I'm not saying the person, that posted this does. I'm just saying...in general.

Well the best way for this poster to prove they are not like the others is to start helping people right here right? It would be nice if one of them would instead of using this site as a means to build a client base. We have all been through enough, it would be nice not to be taken advantage of, especially in the place that we have all come to for help.

I don't think the original poster really wanted to "help" us here on this forum (DUH!). He's sincere alright, sincere about getting our money so he can "help" us with credit repair. No thanks---the $39.95 he wants would be put to better use at paying my bills.

I agree though with erb---if he came on here and showed us what he could do--others would be glad to refer others to his business. I guess he'll learn.

I think you nailed the OP reason for visiting this site right on the nose. You guys are also correct about just working on repairing your own credit. I can't see what they would do that you couldn't do yourself. Seems to me the first step in repairing your own credit would be to learn all the laws and your rights. Once you understand that it should be just picking up the phone and doing a little leg work.

Exactly----another person or outside organization is great and can offer good tips, etc. But for anything permanent change to happen it has to occur within the debtor himself.
