Hello,

I received a summons for a debt owed to AMEX. I am really unsure as to how I need to proceed. Can someone please help me? I just received it on Saturday March 2nd and it has a date of Feb 11

At first you should give a reply to the court summons. After that you will have to present on the court hearing date.
