| 'I spoke to a Carolyn Hooker who seemed so very nice. However, she was a scam herself. This company took over $1400 of my money and did absolutely nothing on my credit file. We had not at all and did not agree to anything besides the $120 which is the retainer. Carolyn tried to get very personal with me and also had me calling her on her cell phone to avoid speaking to her on the company phone ,so that the calls wouldn''t be recorded. I have all phone records to prove just that. They took the money from my debit card and refused to refund me any of my money. I am contanting an attorney about this scam. My banks have tried all they could to get the money back for me and RMCN''s bank would not budge, so my bank had exhausted all efforts and were not successful in getting my funds refunded to me. I have seeked legal advise on this and I HAVE A CASE!!! IF YOU ARE READING THIS, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. AS HARD AS THESE TIMES ARE AND THEY MAY GET HARDER, PLEASE KEEP YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN YOUR POCKET. IF YOU WANT A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH, I REFER LEXINGTON LAW FIRM. It''s been 2 months and I have inaccurate debts and or information removed off of my credit report!!! RMCN WILL BE SHUT DOWN WHEN MY ATTORNEY GETS TO THEM!! |

| It sounds to me like RMCN's biggest problem is their apparent lack of control over their marketers' practices. They really should screen these people more closely before allowing them to market RMCN's services and get rid of the renegades. |

| It is not their "marketers" it is their EMPLOYEES! The employees themselves promise things they cannot deliver. |

| This company is a SCAM. A friend of mine worked there and he said that the owner has meetings to teach his employees how to manipulate people. One of the ways they use to manipulate is the color personality (gold, green, orange, blue - Look it up online). It is one of the ways the salespeople are taught to trick you into the service. The other way is they have the sales manager call you back and attempt to manipulate you. Then, they charge a retainer fee of $500-$1000 to your credit card or bank card. And to top it off for 6 months they charge a service fee of $109. each month. Most of the time they don't get good results. And the department that handles your files don't really care because they don't pay them enough to care. Most people could do a better job themselves. Get your credit report, write the companies, and have the bad information removed yourself. |

| Just to save you some money. Go to lexington law Firm and use their paralegals. RMCN advises that the program can take up to 6 months because they at first go through the credit bureaus when in fact to get the job done, they should go straight to the creditors to make a quick fix. They have robbed me out of $1424 for absolutely not doing a thing. I have consulted an attorney, but before I did so, I contacted Texas Attorney General and also the FTC. i am still awaiting on results. however, since this incident I am now with lexington Law Firm and within 60 days I have 2 credit reports which have my beacon scores raised 4o points more than what they originally were, inaccurate information either deleted or reported accurate. I can say i am so pleased. In essence, RMCN is a scam. keep your money in your pocket. |

Do your research, make sure that they are a good company before you commit yourself, did you go look them up on the better business bureau?
As you can see, there are people hear that have had not so good experiences with this company, so beware. Sometimes this can be an expensive lesson to learn. |

I am not familiar with this company, however there are more negative stories about this company than there are positive. Check the Better Business Bureau's ratings on this company also.
If they told you they will get all the bad stuff off, you better get it in writing & ask them what will happen if they dont get it all off.
Sounds like this company trains their employees to say just about anything to close a sale so be careful & do more research. |

hi Fabian,
Well, I have not worked with them, but it is a credit services company. The search tells me that. However, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) has rated it an F, which is not a good ranking at all. The company might not be trustworthy. _________________ All the Best

For the record, the BBB has a policy to give all credit services organizations an 'F' rating, REGARDLESS of their track history of complaints or their resolution... If you doubt it, call Lee Stallings, the membership and complaint director for the Dallas office... He will back me up on this...
That said, Doug Parker, RMCN's owner, has had his attorneys contact the BBB about the policy, in an attempt to change the policy, disclose the 'F only' policy, or something that lends itself to a more fair representation of the businesses it affects.
My company also has an 'F', in spite of only one complaint in its almost 6 year history... There are no shortage of other industries with FAR worse records than mine, RMCN, and a host of others, but as they have decided that they dislike the industry, they have instituted the 'F' policy. I would wager, however, that the policy is likely to soon change.... I'll keep you updated... _________________ -Doc Compton, Omega Credit Repair

| I have heard that the BBB is not always the best thing to go by. Upon reading at different sites I ran across the information you listed above. I usually recommend checking on companies there because it is an available source but it is not something I would put all my trust in. It would be good if they could make the changes you have listed so people could rely on it more. |

There are governmental agencies that regulate credit repair in most states... Most of them will maintain records on the companies in your state...
For example, in Texas, the Secretary of State regulates our industry... They require registration that is reviewed and renewed annually. _________________ -Doc Compton, Omega Credit Repair
