Elderly moms credit ruined by caregiver

My mom was exploited by her attorney and caregiver. She had an 800 FICO score. Her caregiver opened an Elan Financial account in moms name with a $10,000 limit which is a charge off. Also moms Wells Fargo overdraft account is a charge off for $1700, A Chase home equity line of credit was used for $50,000.

The lawyer hired by the probate court got Chase to forgive the home equity debt, but 120 day late payments still remain. The lawyer did not push them to delete the derogatory info.

The caregiver has been caught, and is going to court now charged with theft of credit card. I sent the court case paperwork bearing info on my mom as a victim to the bureaus, and the bureaus still won't delete the items.

What is the best way for me to deal with these creditors so I can get this derogatory info off moms credit reports? How do I reach Wells Fargo?

You can't get those derogatory or negative listings removed from the credit report of your mom. Negatives are there to stay on the credit report for 7 years. Even if your mom is actually not liable and it is the caregiver, the debts were incurred in her name. So, there's nothing you can do.
