Hi Indio,

Are you talking about the Real Estate Firm? Daniel's and Norelli is a New York based real estate law firm. It is considered to be one of the best in NY. This firm was started by Mr. Pennisi. Mr. Daniels and Mr. George Norelli along with Mr. Robert Cecere take care of this firm.

Regards
Carol

Hey Indio,

Welcome to the community

Daniel’s and Norelli is a franchisee of the Collect America system. Approximately there are thirty such franchisees. Collect America’s motive is to establish a new and recognized standard of brilliance in asset management.

Thanks,
Justin

I know of Daniel and Norelli. Twisted Evil They hire wanna be lawyers to collect debts. These bone heads call people and threaten to sue and put liens on their homes if they don't pay off the loan of the company that hired them. To make things worse, they are liars. They call and say they are a friend of the person they are contacting and if you say one thing that they don't like to hear... for example... I can't pay $3,500 of a $2,500 loan they begin yelling at you and threaten you with the law suit and lein and then proceed to say, that you will be responsible for all attorney and court fees. They are also thiefs. When they do collect a payoff they'll tell you this will settle your account but if you don't get it in writing, they'll continue coming after you for more money claiming that you still are oweing then threaten you again with a law suit and leins. I can't understand how they are able to do business this way but by what I am finding after researching this firm, they have a lot of enemies. These people are lower than dirt!!!

Hi Christy

I too think that they have to return your money back as social security accounts cannot be garnished. Moreover Social security are exempted from private creditor action and can only be garnished for court ordered spousal maintenance or back alimony, child support, amounts due to other federal agencies and unpaid federal taxes. You can file a complaint with the FTC and the attorney general and notify the court that that the levied funds in your checking account are social security funds and thus exempted from creditor action. The FTC complaint form can be obtained from the following link https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup.

Subject: threats to garnish wages in Georgia

I have been receiving calls at work from these people re: my wife's old debt. It's not a joint account. My wife doesn't work, but they say that they can garnish MY wages due to our marriage. Is this true?

NOT TRUE.... Did you co-sign on any fo the accounts they are trying to collect for? If not it is her debt and hers alone. How old is this debt and are you aware of the statute of limitation laws on credit card debt?

I have never heard of them, but if they are connected to collect america aka CACH, I have had one hell of a time. As it stands right now I am waiting for my day in court to make them validate, they have not been so responsive since I made sure that their butts will go in front of a judge.
