hey anyone out there got this problem on disability?

i got my cost of liveing from disability and what a joke my insurance went up as much as my raise. i think they should freeze these insurance companies health and car its all a rip. i really feel sorry for people who dont get that much and no one can afford to go with out it or they will not give you good care.
