I've found information about discharging debt by filling a commercial lein on money that was created using the "fictitious" me so I can discharge the debt that the real me has been paying.

I've read up on the laws and I know this can be done, I just don't know how to do it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

What I understand from your post is that you have created a debt with a fictitious name which is totally illegal and you may be charged for forgery. Now, if you try to pay back by filing a commercial lien on money using your actual identity, you may be in trouble. I have no idea whether there is any law that would allow you to do so. I would be glad if you can post other details here so that I can help you out with your problem.

Hi milotrigger
I think you need to be more specific about your query so that I can help you further. Now if your fictitious name has already been registered and such registration has not expired then only it is legal and you can proceed further towards discharging your debt with commercial lien on money that has been made on your fictitious name. Now for that you need to contact the creditor or the collection agency to whom you owe the money. Here you need to provide a written promise to the creditor that you will pay back the debt and the debts are then discharged by commercial liens.
