Voicemail from lady stating she wants a pre trial statement and gave me a case number. Calling from 877-881-0895 and just said her name was Mary ward. She stated that it was regarding intent to defraud a financial institution. I admit that I have had several Internet pay day loans over 4+ yrs ago but I have paid the ones off that actually sent me info to pay them. When I called this one back no one answers. What now? Am I being sued???

This is totally a scam. They are trying to scare you. Don’t share any personal information with them. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC, if required.
