Hi dumb
I think that they have already taken fees in advance, which you cannot get it back. Most of the credit repair agencies are scams and it is very difficulty to identify the ones that are scams. So the best way is to start repairing your credit by yourself. There are many discussions in this forum which you help you to repair your credit. _________________ Where there's a will, there's a way !! |

To start repairing your own credit, you should first pull out your credit report and check the names of the creditors to whom you owe money. Send them DV letters by certified mail. If you get the debt validated, try to come to a pay for a deletion agreement and pay off the debt.
Now, you can also get the hard inquiry listing removed from your credit report. For this, you should send letters to the inquirers asking them either to remove the listing from your credit report or verify your authorization. The inquirers usually remove the listing from your credit report. _________________ All the Best

Hi Really dumb,
To add to whatever Justin has said, leave your old accounts open even if you pay them down. A longer credit history ensures a good credit score. It is good to keep your credit card utilization rate below 50%, while you you are trying to repair your credit records. Once you get a good credit score, try to maintain it by paying all your bills on time. _________________ Looking forward to a debt-free life. |
