Hey I pulled up my credit report and seen that this collection agency has got me in collection and I think it's because of a credit card I had. How do I go about getting this taken care of?

At first ask the CA to validate the debt in writing via certified mail with a return receipt request. If they give you a valid proof, then try to negotiate with them and set up a payment arrangement.
