I received a call from crs legal services who says they are going to process and charge me for fraud for not paying two payday loans. I closed out my account because it had over 1000 in nsf charges from internet payday loans trying to hit it. I live in texas and if I am not mistaken the loan companies are in texas. can I be arrested?

whao are the lenders?i doubt they are in tx as these are online loans and an ACH is not a checl.report crs to your local police and then ignore future calls.you won't be arrested.that is the favorite illegal threat of a bottomfeeder.

You can’t get arrested for nonpayment of pdls. Debts are civil case, not a criminal offense. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC immediately.
