The names of each of your lenders:
US Fast Cash - internet - Borrowed: $550.00 - Paid back: $700.00
Cash Net USA - internet - Borrowed: $800.00 - Paid back: $917.59
Castle Payday - internet - Borrowed: $775.00 - Paid back: $0.00 due to the other two taking my whole paycheck.
What state you live in: Texas
Any additional question(s) specific to your situation:
- Can I go to jail for defaulting on the loans?
- Can they garnish my wages?

Did they tell you you would go to jail for not paying. Can they garnish your wage if they take you to court and win then yes. I have had a few pay day loans that never was paid back never went to jail for it.

Welcome to the forums!!!
Non-payment of debt is not a criminal offense. It’s a civil case. So you can’t go to jail for that. Moreover your wages can’t be garnished since wages is exempted from garnishment in Texas.
