I don’t think so. A credit repair company can’t stop bankruptcy. You should consult with a bankruptcy attorney in this regard and take advice from him/her.
Did you just recently buy this house? If you think that the retloar knew about these issues and didn't inform you, you can go after him/her. If the previous owner that sold it to you knew about them, you can go after him. If you had a home inspection and these things were not identified, you may have a case against the inspector. Otherwise, I think you are better off fixing the issues one by one than going into bankruptcy. Bankruptcy is very rarely the better choice.
