I have paid more than the borrowed amount to the illegal payday loan lenders. I have sent letters to all the lenders. They have not given any reply yet. Illegal payday loan lenders are not giving any refund. What should I do in this situation?
If you have their mailing address, then work out a lawsuit with an attorney and sue them for misappropriating your funds.

You can’t do anything. You may make a written request to your illegal lenders to give you the refund. But it depends on their discretion whether or not to return back your money.

hi i had the same situation.my name is rick I'm a
single dad of two.. my wife died two years ago..i had
a lot of problems financially. when my wife died i
became an alcoholic.. cant focus on my work cant focus
on everything..and to top that I'm paying 3 payday
loans eery month for a total of $1200/monthly.. and im
