Subject: Did you plan for anything after retirement?

Hello Everyone! I am a retired man and not even a pension holder and because of this reason I have already made a plan for my future during my job time. I have invested my earnings at that stage in many investing companies with many investors. But after retirement I felt that I should invest my rest of the money which I got after my retirement in some new investing firms which are basically dealing with some real estate properties. Does anyone know about such investors which will help me out?

Hi….. I am also a retired person and I also had the same issues after my retirement, that time one of my companions told me about investing in real estate property which is really a beneficial investment. He told me about an investing firm which provides investment offers in real estate. Now I have invested my money in real estate which I believe was a wise decision and I will suggest you also go through this. Hopefully your issue will also get resolved.

Happy Investments

Hi Blanca
Since you are already retired, I think choosing safe investments options would be a preferred one. You can also diversify your portfolios among multiple assets depending upon your financial goal and risk taking capacity. You can also invest in 401k IRA (Individual's retirement arrangement). Keeping your money with 401k IRA is a better option because here the money is regarded as your own asset and you can withdraw the amount whenever you need it. The most important benefit of this scheme is that you don't have to pay any taxes on your withdrawals.

Hi Blanca
I agree with you Jessica. In todays market situation investing in real estate will give a better return I think. For making real estate investments you can purchase REITs individually or through mutual funds. But there is a risk associated with it.

Hi erb
REIT is Real Estate Investment Trust. It is for corporations investing in real estate business which reduces or eliminates Corporate Income Taxes. REIT performs the same function in real estate as mutual funds does in the stock market. In US, REIT distribute over 95% of the taxable income as dividends among shareholders.
