Is this reaging? What should I do?

I know there is a lot of talk on here about re-aging. I apologize, but I could not find an answer during my reading that addresses my specific problem.
I have a credit card account that went into default and was sold off to a collection agency in 2008. The debt exchanged hands from collection agency to agency until it reached the current one in 2011. SOL has expired, but each month the ca is updating the debt with a newer, increased amount owed and a new reporting date. Is this reaging? What can I do to stop this? Do I simply dispute the information through the cra? Can a ca keep increasing the amount owed on an account this old?

Thank you so much for your time and advice!!

Welcome to the forums!!!
Since the SOL period has expired, so the CA won’t be able to take any legal action against you. Dispute this matter with the credit bureaus immediately. If possible contact with the CA and try to pay off the debts asap.
