I'm confused. Are pdl's illegal in North Carolina? I did go to my bank but spoke to the bank relations representative. She stated that she could not revoke ACH authorizations. These pdl's keep overdrawing my account.

Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don’t worry mate, illegal lenders can’t do anything.
