Keep trying to debit my account.

I currently have 3 PDLs with:
Bank of Delaware
National payday loan
My cash now
I cannot afford to pay these folks at this time. However, they keep trying to debit my account. Every time they do, my bank (BofA) charges me $35 and the PDL charges me $30. This is quickly becoming a very ugly cycle. I currently reside in Arizona. Can anyone give me a little advice?

Payday lending is prohibited in Arizona. That means all of your lenders are illegal. You owe them only the principal balance, nothing more than that. Simply close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Ask them for the refund, if you have overpaid them.

Yes, as they're illegal in Arizona, you should immediately stop these kind of activities by closing down your bank account. Also demand a refund in case you've overpaid them.

Arizona is a state which prohibits payday lending, so you will have to pay back only the amount borrowed. If you think that the principal has been paid off, you can close down the accounts or put temporary freeze on the same.
