I was sued by Cach llc in December 2006, there has been NO movement at all on the case. I got a notice of mediation last year sometime, but still no date. It has been over three years since the original paperwork was filed.

I Have been searching for some type of law to have it thrown out on unecessary delay. Does anyone have a clue as to how to get something thrown out for this reason in Pennsylvania. I know these laws on the books for custody and for criminal but can not find anything regarding civil litigation time frames.

I received a letter the other day from the mediating attornies office that Cach submitting a few monthly bills, I am not sure why??? They never sent me proper debt validation, I have all the proof. Anyway, I don't want to address this in this post.

My only intrest in this post is time frames?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi goodnatured,

I think it is better to discuss this with an attorney, who will be able to advice you to take the right step. You can also contact your State Attorney General.

Thanks,

Aaron

I don't have an attorney, I can't afford one for this debt. I never had contract with CACH, LLC, and through debt validation they just keep sending me copies of monthly bills, no contract information that shows the debt was transferred to them, don't they have to give me this information also?

I am wondering if the attorney generals office has any real definition for debt validation?

Recently I was trying to 'dispute' some items on my credit. I've tried through a CA to validate it and had no luck. However, according to the CRA's they could validate it. I don't understand this. Any advice?
