Questions for mediation

Okay, guys and girls, time to put on your thinking caps to help me out here, LOL.

Just in case I end up in mediation at some point, I need to come up with some cross examination questions for the attorneys that represent CACH, LLC.

Now keep in mind that the mediation office told me that they will have to prove first that I owe the debt and second that I owe the debt to them. So this is what I will need to be ripping them up on court. I would like your advice on what to ask. Here is a start, please add anything no matter how small so I can cover all my bases.

1. I will ask who they are employed by?
2. I will ask what their knowledge is of a contract that I have with their employer? (since it is cach and I never had one with them then they will not have it)
3. I will ask them to produce it?

I will leave the post open now for any other suggestions on questions. thanks in advance for your help.

goodnatured, why are you focused on your opponents? what about the debt? obviously, you can request proof of debt for discovery

Hi,

Yes, cinnamngrl is right. You should try to get the proof of your debt. Moreover, if you have to mediate, you should better consult an attorney.

Thanks,

Aaron

Can you discuss more about discovery? What steps do I take with this.

Aaron, I can not afford an attorney to fight this, so that is not an option.

I am going to send all the information that i have on file to Cach again and a copy to the mediation team, we have no date, it has been over 2+ years since they filed the original paperwork.
