If I am being sued for something that happend before I married my husband is he still liable for it? We live in Georgia. Please help me this lawsuit is riduculous and I am worrying myself to death...

Generally speaking, when a debt is incurred before marriage, the spouse is not held liable for it, if he/she had not co-signed the loan or card. However, family law various from state to state.
However, as you live in Georgia, which is not a community property state, your husband may not be held liable for the debt. Still, you can consult a lawyer, who specializes in family law.

he is probably not liable but if you are still married it may be tricky.
