littlewoods have a debt passed to them from the empire stores i dont think littewoods have a signed cca by me , do i still have to continue paying there in house ndr nationwide debt recovery anymore until i see proof of a signed cca by littlewoods . ndr harassed me for two august payments as well .
You need to send them debt validation request, make sure that you send it certified mail and return reciept requested so that you have proof that somebody signed for it. You can find sample debt validation letters under the stickies section.
Yes, Goodnatured is right. If you are not sure whether you owe money to Littlewoods send a debt validation letter to the recovery agency. If they can properly validate the debt, it means that you owe them money and so you should take steps to repay it off. If the debt has already been listed in your credit report, try to make a pay for deletion agreement with the Littlewoods so that as soon as you repay off the debt, the negative listing will get removed from your credit report.
