Recently my wife and I received a summons in Pa and LVNV now has had our bank account froze. We really cant afford to pay a lawyer and need help. We would even settle by setting up some kind of payment schedule, but don't know who even to talk to. Hopefully someone on here can at least turn us in the right direction. This is very stressful on our lives. Thanks

At first you should give a reply to the court summons. You should present on the court hearing date also. I think you may try to negotiate with LVNV for settlement out of court. If they agree to settle, then go for it. If they don’t agree, then you will have to pay the full payment. Otherwise they can place a lien on your property, after issuing a court order.
