WHO IS MCYDSNB? THEY ARE ON MY CREDIT REPORT AND I HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. IT IS NOT A BAD REPORT BUT NONE THE LESS I DON'T KNOW WHO THEY ARE.

Macy's credit services phone number is 800-458-6229.

You'd have this entry on your CR if you had a Macy's card, or a card from any number of retailers that they bought out.

Call the above number. If that does not rectify the situation, dispute with each of the credit reporting agencies.

MCYDSNB showed up on my credit report as a negative item and will not go positive until July 2010. Report shows no late payments and has currently $0 balance. I want to know why this is a negative item

Morningstar believes it is MAcy's. Call the number listed on this post for more info.

It is Macy's, they should up on my TransUnion. someone's account info got mixed in with mine. it is most likely a credit card. Here is an address for them although i don't personally deal with Macy's i am a Wal-Mart kind of gal. 3039 cornwallis rd durham, nc 27709. Don't know how much help this is, I am sure Macy's has addresses for every state.
