MY MORTAGE COMPANY SHOWS MY MORTAGE AS 30 DAYS LATE.MY HOUSE IS PAID OFF NOW.THEY WILL NOT SEND ME PROOF OF DAYS AND TIMES I WAS LATE.PLEAS HELP.

Get in touch with them and clarify the discrepancy. You can definitely dispute this account with the credit bureaus. Do you have documentation or proof that the mortgage has been paid off? Attach it with your dispute letter to speed up the process.

This is exactly the route I would take. i know it is discouraging and aggravating when these errors happen. You should be able to correct it with a little legwork and telephone calls.
