I'm getting telephone calls asking for my attorney information I do not have a payday loan with USA cash Advance. I believe that this is a scam they tell me they have my name on my Social Security I do not give out my name or Social Security to anyone is there anything you can do about this I'm getting tired of them calling me on the phone.

Don’t worry, they are scammers. They are just trying to scare you. Don’t share any personal information with them. Next time if they call you back, hang up on them. If required, you can file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.
Yes, another place to file your complaint with is the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau or CFPB.
