I received a call today from click into cash they told me my loan for 400.00 dollars is going into collections earlier I had been contacted by Lewis and McCarthy attorneys for click into cash I was told if I didn’t pay immediately I was going to be thrown in jail for bad checks I paid them now click into cash is calling me saying that I owe them 775 dollars. I am on a very limited income.

Do you really owe this debt? If not, then it is a scam. Don’t worry, they are trying to scare you. Debts are civil, not a criminal offense. So you can’t go to jail. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.
