My husband and I have several loans they are with Plain Green, Great Plains, and One Click Cash. We have paid them off and started them over. We can't seem to get out of them. We have 3 children and we are barely getting by. I know this is our fault for getting into, but is there anyway out? We live in PA, are there any laws on our side?

Payday lending is prohibited in PA. That’s why all of your lenders are also illegal. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. No interest, no fees. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don’t worry mate...illegal lenders can’t do anything.
