I have a judgement that is 6 years old. It was satisfied 6 years ago as well. The release was never sent to the court. If I send in the satisfaction of judgement now will the judgement stay on my record for another 7 years?

A judgment will remain in your credit report for as long as 7 years or your state's statute of limitation, whichever is longer.

Welcome to the forums!!!
Judgment will remain on your credit report for 7 years from the date of entry or until the statute of limitations has expired, whichever is longer. So you will have to wait for that time period to remove that item from your credit report.
