Has anyone dealt with Presley Smith Law Office? I just sent my debt validation letter, scheduled for delivery tomorrow afternoon in GA. This office sent me this letter regarding my loan with On line Advance. On line Advance is not legal in the state of Nevada where I'm from, and I already paid off the principle balance. Does anyone have any info?

As you have already paid them principal, so you need not to pay them anything more. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don’t worry, illegal lenders can’t do anything.
