I have a loan with Western Sky who sold it to Cash Call, a very very high interest rate. I heard that they send false wage garnishment papers to your place of work and was wondering if anyone has ever heard of this and if they do what can be done about it?

Western Sky is an illegal lender. You owe them only the principal balance. Don’t worry, illegal lenders can’t take any legal action against you. They are just trying to scare you. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.
