Student loans are my biggest concern relating to my CR. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what would be helpful getting this issue resolved, anything from letters of credit to debt consolidation, or attorneys. I have tried contacting them and have set up a good will payment but now they will not accept any payments besides the amount they have allocated for me which is to much. Any advice?

Well I sent a DV, but I don't know if that works for direct gov loans. I will speak with an attorney to see what they have to say.

Where is your student loan from? There alot of student loan lender that will work with you. I have student loans myself. Can you give me a bit more information? Is your student loan in deafault or good status, etc.?
