Start the process of dealing

I live in California. I have internet pdl’s with the following companies:
One Click Cash- loan $500, paid $150.
United cash Loan- loan $400, no payment yet.
Advantage Cash Loan – loan $400, paid $120
Other than closing my account and making payment arrangements, how do I start the process of dealing with them?

All the lenders mentioned above are illegal in California. You are required to pay them only the principal. No interest, no fees. Don’t share any personal information with them. Don’t worry, illegal lenders can’t do anything.
