Hi I have gotten a few loans from these groups (basically I pay it off and have to take another shortly after? Do these lenders have a license in pa? I have paid over interest of what I still owe on payday max if you add my 3 loans this year from them. And fleet marketing I have 1000 still open but have paid 940 in interest this year. Are they legal? It was online. Need advice.

Payday lending is prohibited in PA. That means all of your lenders are illegal. You are required to pay only the principal. Don’t pay them an extra dime other than the principal. Close down your bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
