There are other victims I can now communicate with.

I found the site by accident. I had to default on about 4 loans because one predatory lender took most of my whole paycheck last payday because I missed one payment. What a dismal day...I was shocked and angry. Didn't know they could even do that! Now Plain Green is calling me and leaving messages, but I've been lucky enough to discover this site and know what I'm going to be dealing with. Some companies are willing to work with me-thank goodness. I want to pay my debts--but it has become overwhelming. I'm so glad there are other "victims" I can now communicate with.

Which state do you live in? First you need to derive if payday loan lending is legal in your state.

Plain Green is illegal all over the state of US. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. Don’t pay them an extra dime other than the borrowed amount. Ask them for the refund, if you have already overpaid them. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don’t worry mate….they can’t do anything.
