I have defaulted on a PDL that I have with Zip19 in the amount of $1160.00.I live in California and I am unable to repay the loan. The harassing phone calls have. I have used the company for several years. But now I simply cannot afford to pay them. I am unemployed and can barely payment and bills right now. I am unsure what steps I need to take. I am really scared of these guys making life a living hell for me.

Zip19 is an illegal lender all over the state of US. You owe nothing more than the principal. Don’t pay them an extra dime other than the borrowed amount. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don’t worry mate….illegal lenders can’t do anything. If required you can file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.
