My mother has huge credit card debt. She is unable to pay credit card debt. Her credit score is very low. She is unemployed. I’m a student. I can’t help my mother at all. My dad lives in another state. In fact, he has not kept any relation with us for the last 10 years. I don't know how to help my mother. She is going through huge problems. Can you suggest a way out of this problem?

Your mother need to get a job, otherwise filing bankruptcy is the only option.
