I'm trying to locate a phone # for UNIQUE NATIONAL COLLECTIONS. I'm trying to build my credit, after collections are paid off, how long does it take to raise my score? What the best and quickest way to raise my score once collections are paid?

Dont worry with contacting them. The best and fastes way to rebuild your credit scores is have the negatives removed form your bureaus. You can do this whether they are paid off or not. once you pay an old debt it starts thwe 7 yrs of showing up on your bureau all over again.
As Shawpiro said send in dispute letter to the bureaus for any negative item that stays.
