It's probably Shane Co - I bought a ring thru them and it was financed thru WFFNATBANK (Wells Fargo) Customer Service at 1-877-805-7744 and select option 2

Hi Charles,

If the inquiry has got listed under the credit card company you are talking about then yes, the inquiry must be there on your credit report due to a hard pull by them.

I have an account from PO BOX 94498, LAS VEGAS, NV 89193-4498. It has no number in the change and also has no name the name of the company says preferred customer account
