I have some credit card debts and medical bills which I need to pay-off. But I don’t have enough money to pay them back in full. That’s why I have decided to pay it off myself through consolidation. Can you tell me what steps should I take in this regard?

Contact with your creditors and try to negotiate with them. If possible set up a payment arrangement with them.
