I live in PA and have a pdl with White Hills Cash. I owe them $355 principal balance. I sent them an email using the template. They are willing to accept the principal balance but want it in one lump sum payment. They are saying that they are not bound by PA or any state laws. They told me to do my research on sovereign enterprises. They said they will not accept the payment plan I made and that if I do not pay the lump sum they are going to report me to check data systems. They said I was willing to accept the money in one lump sum it is only fair to pay back in one lump sum. How is the best way to reply??

Welcome to the forums!!!
Don’t give any reply. If they don’t accept your payment plan, then you need not to make them a penny. Illegal lenders can’t do anything. They are just trying to scare you. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money form your account.
