can a charge-off account be removed

Subject: can a charge-off account be removed

I had a contract for a cell phone I couldn't afford because I lost my job so i ended it earlier and paid the earlier termination fee but it's reported on my credit report as a charge-off can I have it removed?

If you paid off as agreed and did not defult, this can be removed from yoru account

What you need to do is dispute this with the credit reportign agencies and they can validate this and remove it from your report

Also in the mean time, you cnacall the cell phoen compny and dispute this with them aslo. So when the Credit reportign agency contacts them, they can take appropriate action
