if my daughter who is 23 just found out someone used her id and defaulted on the accts can i get this resolved removed she was not 18 when these were opened thanks r inkc

It is an instance of identity theft and so you should first file a complaint with the FTC by filling up the identity theft form online or by calling them at their number 1-877-438-4338 and then take a copy of the complaint to the local police station and file a complaint there. On filing the complaint you will become a registered victim of identity theft.

Since your daughter was not 18 at the time of these debts I would also contact whatever defaulted accounts are on her report and advise them of the situation and see about getting them removed. Maybe sending them age verification will help clear her report as she will need good credit if to get started in life.
